welcome back to another episode of the Akashic musings Podcast. Today, we are going to talk about reason number 862. Not to get attached to the outcome. attachment to the outcome is literally one of the biggest plates of being human. Because we get all of these expectations set and we get this agenda set and this like human directive from our ego as to what we need to accomplish in order to be worthy, and feel good about ourselves and be happy. And it's like, oh, okay, well, if I just get this, or if I just feel this way, or once this happens, then I'm going to be happy. And the problem is that we're then in waiting energy, we're then waiting for that next thing to happen, we're waiting for our happiness to come to us, instead of realizing that we have the ability to generate that within ourselves, we get to generate happiness and abundance and intimacy and ease and love and passion at any time we desire. Anytime we desire. So when you find yourself feeling stuck, or feeling frustrated or feeling low, that's not a time that focusing on where you haven't gotten to, or what you would like to accomplish is productive, because it's just going to make you feel more frustrated and defeated. And that moment, what's really best is for you to lean back and sit with yourself and soothe yourself, release whatever it is you need to release and call in more energy from the universe to activate you. So that you get to generate more and more creativity and ideas and power from within yourself realizing that you have the ability to do that it's effective. And earlier on in your journey, you're going to find that it takes more time to do it, you're going to find that you need to maybe sit in healing for an hour, maybe sometimes three hours. And sometimes you're going to do it quickly depending on what's going on. But it's the whole point is to have patience for yourself. And attachment to outcome really is a huge sign that we're being really impatient. We want that thing to actualize right away. So I'm going to give you some examples here that will illustrate this concept. Because the fact is that you're helping people every single day just by existing, whether you say anything, whether you do anything, whether your quote unquote productive, you are assisting other human beings on this planet every single day, you're assisting your ancestral line every single day, just by engaging with your loved ones, being part of your family and serving the role that you do. Because we're all here to leave a certain legacy behind for the generation after us. And honestly to clear any stuck energy and dysfunction that has existed within our family line for decades, centuries and lifetimes. So literally, just by being yourself and showing up. You're having immense impact. You just don't necessarily see that on a conscious level right away. And so people then think that nothing's working or it's not happening or, you know, this is bullshit. We're really it's just a matter of wait and see. Trust, have faith.

This whole concept of, you're helping people every day, just by being you and interacting with humans, I have this one example for you that I'm going to share. So I spoke with somebody a few weeks ago, who was doing a connection call with me, because he was interested in doing some coaching and jumping into a supportive container to move through some things in his life. And we had an awesome conversation, I really loved my connection with him. And we were talking about kind of where he needed to go and his intentions. And so no matter what, when you get on a call with me, even if it's just a 15 minute free connection call, you're gonna get so much value. And so, you know, when we get into a conversation about where somebody's intentions are, and kind of what they feel the obstacles are there in the way, I'm always connected to the Akashic Records, the wisdom just comes right in and and I share it if they're open to receiving it. So one of the things that we talked about, was surrender on this call. And I was talking to him about the book, the surrender experiment by Michael singer that I wish that I had read. And I just thought it was perfect for him, it was a perfect fit for him. And so he reached out to me and said, Listen, you know, I'm actually he told me on the call, like, I'm not in a position to invest at this time in coaching.

But I am going to read that book. I was like, awesome, that's perfect. So we read the book, and I told him, you know, let me know how you like it, I would love to just kind of know where you are on your journey. And so he sends me an email. And he's like, hey, you know what, I listened to the surrender experiment. And I'm so massively inspired, that I'm actually going to go visit the location that Michael singer talks about, that he created, He created something called the Temple of the universe down in Florida. And he's like, it's not that far from me. And I'm gonna go camping there and check out the temple of the universe. And I was like, Oh, my gosh, that's so cool. Like, I literally was like, this is I felt like I was, it was my claim to fame or something. Because I'm like, Oh, my gosh, I want to go. That's so cool. I read this book, and it was just this place is so life changing. And in, you get so intimately connected to it when you read this book. And so he went, and he camped at this place. And I told him, I was like, take some pictures, let me know how it goes. So he took a bunch of pictures at the temple of the universe, and then sent them to me when he got back. And it just filled me with so much joy, and so much, just that feeling of abundance, like I'm just like, so richly connected. And just, you know, how beautiful the universe is that a brief conversation like that can turn into a profound experience for him and really feel like he's on his path. And it was just so nice. And this shows me a couple things as an example. One is that,

connections with humans, that's the whole point, the intimacy, and that exchange that you have with anyone who comes into your field, is the reason that we're here we are meant to activate each other, we're meant to assist each other with getting to our highest level. So whether you I could say, well, I was attached the outcome of him signing up for coaching and investing with me. But the only thing I was invested in was the present moment, was being there with him receiving what he had to offer, and allowing spirit to communicate through me to let him know exactly what was most aligned for him in the moment. And when he followed that, guess what happened, it benefited my vibration, because I was able to experience something through him. That was so exciting to me. And that is that that's much more important to me than having somebody sign up with me. Because I want ultimately, my goals in life are joy, intimacy, and massive expansion.

And so that's what I get. I have so much space in my life. And I do that intentionally because I want opportunity to be able to drop into my lap. And I don't want to have to say, I don't have time for that shit, or I didn't even see it drop into my lap, because I'm so focused on where I'm going, and what I need to get to and what you need to accomplish in order to prove myself that I'm not here to receive the fucking magic that the universe has to give to me, for me to step into that next level of who I am. And it's so beautiful to see what happens we just focus on the present moment and receiving whatever comes into our lap, because everything that's dropped into our lap is there for a reason.

So the other important piece here is not getting too specific. You can get specific and what you want to call in and the reason that you can do that is because you want to be able to align with the feeling of what it's going to feel like once that thing comes into your life because when we match the vibration and the feeling of what it is we want in our lives, the

then that will come to us more quickly. Rather than sitting in this energy of, I'm pining for it, I'm desperate for it, I'm waiting for it. Instead, it's like, no, I'm being really intentional. Like, for instance, I joined a program, I don't know, a handful of months ago. And I set certain intentions within that program. And when I set those intentions, it was not an attachment to a specific outcome, like, Okay, I'm joining this program, and therefore I want to make, you know, $10,000 a month or $20,000 a month or something. Instead, it was like, I want to feel much more spacious and free in my life. Not only did I get that, but what I noticed is that a couple of weeks in, I set a secondary intention of completely and entirely at 100%. Capacity, ditching people pleasing, like I've done with it, absolutely no room for that in any way, shape, or form in my life. And it's funny, because I, when I set that intention,

I had an image of my, in my mind of what that was going to look like when I did that. And I had ideas in my head about how that would unfold. And what's funny is that one day I just woke up, and it was like a switch flipped. And I was like, Oh, my God,

I'm done with it. Like I'm complete.

And you could say that that's unfortunate, because what it ended up doing was creating some dissonance within my relationships, because I realized areas that I was people pleasing, that I didn't desire to be. And I was frustrated with myself, because I felt like oh, my gosh, I've been making accommodations, and not even realizing that I was. So that's when you go through that process of forgiveness and loving yourself through it and celebrating your newfound awareness. Right. But if I had just fixated on that people pleasing being resolved through exactly how I envisioned it, I might have missed it. Right. And so that's why when we don't attach to the outcome, and instead, we express our intentions and trust the universe, that it's going to arrive in exactly the right timing in exactly the right way that we're meant to integrate, then we're good. Because the other thing too, is that the way that this shifted, for me, was so much more dramatic and powerful and impactful than I ever could have drummed up in my head, like blew me away.

And so that's the beautiful thing, when we're not attached to the outcome, not only are we receiving it in our most divine timing, but it's always better than we could have imagined it because we're fully surrendering and trusting the universe, to do it in the way that is most aligned with our soul. So it's important to note here that we're not taking a passive role in our lives by setting the intention, and then just leaning back and saying, Oh, the universe is taking care of it, because we're still engaging with other people. And as you can see, in this example, with this guy that I talked to,

instead of focusing on him purchasing a coaching package, I focused on the exchange between us, I focused on the vibe between us, I focused on what I was receiving, not only from him, but really from Spirit, His Spirit team, on behalf of him. And so what we can realize is that we get to set intentions that's taking an active role in your life.

We get to lean on other people to support us to get clarity on those intentions, because other people help us reflect whatever it is, is coming up within ourselves. And most importantly,

we instead of attaching to the tangible outcome,

get to focus instead on what we are receiving from the experience.

What am I receiving? Because you're always receiving something. It might not be money, it might not be accolades. It might not be recognition. It might not be enhanced intimacy, like you thought you wanted from this, but I promise you that any situation you're in any relationship you're in anything you do, you are receiving something. And if you have a relationship with a universe, where you are constantly bitching about what you're not receiving, or constantly feeling defeated, because you're not where you want to be, then it's like, since every situation is an opportunity for receiving from the universe. It's like the universe is giving you shit. And you keep saying no, that's not good enough. No, that's not good enough. I don't like that. This is what I wanted. It's like somebody giving you a present for a holiday. And you're like

I mean, this is not what I wanted. I wanted something else. And so I still feel like shit, I feel like a failure. That person could be like, we're not going to fucking buy you a present anymore. You know what I mean? So it's really important to focus on what you are receiving, feel into gratitude for it. know with confidence, that that's exactly what you are meant to receive. And it's a building block for exactly what you desire to come to you appreciate the building blocks appreciate the breadcrumbs. So, I hope you love this episode.
