A Prayer to Clear Others’ Energy from Your Field!

Happy New Moon in Aquarius!

This energy is really calling us to assess where we are placing our actions and intentions, releasing those things that don’t align with our deepest core values. Now, Take 3 deep breaths and close your eyes.

In your mind’s eye, envision the person or situation for which you’d like to clear energy from your field.

Remember, this exercise is meant to clear energy with the intention of both you and the other person/situation in their full power. This is not coming from a space of resentment and anger. If you need to brain dump on paper before reciting or receiving this, feel free.

Now, imagining you are speaking to this person/situation directly, recite the following as many times as necessary:

This is for you.

You get to have it back. It’s yours to keep.

I feel the weight of my field as it lightens.

I am no longer carrying that which does not belong…with where I’m going.

You get to keep it.

You get to see it.

You get to know it.

You get to appreciate it.

You get to rest in it.

And I slowly back away from the space between us.

To allow yours to grow.

I know your sovereignty equals my freedom, and my sovereignty equals yours.

You get to own it.

You get to hold it.

And I get to hold mine.

I get to own mine.

I get to keep mine.

I get to see mine.

I get to see myself in your reflection.

I get to appreciate all of me.

I get to honor all of me.

I get to revere all of me.

And I relax even more.

Resting into myself.

And I find peace there.

I find peace within myself.

I find peace within.
