Kauai Rising is an alchemical initiation, a call to embody your highest vibration and rise as a pillar of light.
The island calls for reverence and open receptivity. It is proof of infinite love, possibility, and inspiration. This place is evidence of innate, natural abundance. Your body is no different, and your heart and spirit no less.

Ā Kauai is the perfect reflection of the divine feminine. She is feisty, edgy, deeply nourishing, self-sustaining, beautiful beyond words, and repeatedly reveals her resilience. With every wave,Ā every gust of wind, life is ushered into more graceful movement. Life is seeping from the pores of this land. It is full of spirit, energy, and both new and ancient beings.Ā
Ā Ā
She is the embodiment of the most ancient ancestors on this planet. She brings the vibe of lineage, far before our bloodlines and spoken communication. Your soul and human ancestry will arrive through the spirit of the island, and archaic patterns that do not serve your embodiment will dissolve beneath your feet.Ā

Our daysĀ together will beĀ rich and immersive, a full dive into presence and transformation among the elements and each other.
Beyond our shared hours,Ā you hold full autonomy, choosing your own accommodations, meals, travel, and flow, so your experience feels uniquely yours
Beach Day
We will be lounging, getting to know each other as a community, and receiving the beautiful landscape of Hanalei Bay (on the northern end of the island). This day is not a required retreat day, so feel free to use this day for travel if needed.
Healing/Workshop Days
We will be meeting with the land, its ley lines, and our guides, in several different landscapes throughout the island, from beach caves, to the lava rocks, the jungle and river, and even the canyon.Ā
Hiking Day
This is an opportunity to experience some of the incredible plant life on the island, the lush nature of Kauai, and get more up close and personal with the land. The hike itself will be oriented toward the desires of the groupĀ and will not be strenuous. This day is also not a required retreat day, but highly recommended.
a detailed itinerary will be available closer to the date!
Pricing
$1500 per person, not including lodging, food, or transportation (pay in full only, but Klarna and Affirm plans are available at checkout). This price includes workshops, materials, intuitive guidance and support, trip planning, and the ushering of potent and transformational divine frequencies.
Flights
Arriving in Kauai, you will be flying into Lihue Airport. I like flying directly into Lihue, even if it costs a bit more, because it's easier than connecting through Honolulu. Sometimes that's not possible, depending on your origin airport, so take a peek! October is one of the cheapest months to fly to Kauai, and it's typically a drier season, so the weather will be much less humid. Hence, our choice of dates (to make it accessible for fabulous souls who want to play)!
Rental Cars
There is a shuttle that will take you to your rental car location. It's across from Lihue baggage claim. This airport is very small, and everyone at the airport is super friendly and helpful, so you won't have trouble finding it. I recommend getting a car that can handle a little bit of off-roading. Some local Hawaiian roadsĀ have quite the challenging terrain, and this is not openly posted, so you can find yourself on treacherous roads without warning. I learned this the hard way in a sedan š. Don't worry, no damage done ā just fear hahaha! Now, I always get an SUV, and it's no problem. Once we have everyone registered for this retreat, we will have a group chat going; you can coordinate with others to share a rental car to split the expense. I actually recommend sharing a rental car because parking is not abundant on the island of Kauai. You may be squeezing into some tight spaces and waiting for parking spots in certain areas, so the fewer cars we have on our adventures, the better!
Lodging
Jenna and I will be staying at the Hilton Vacation Club, The Point at Poipu. You can stay wherever you want on the island. It's about a 90-minute drive from the northern end of the island to the southern end. Poipu is the furthest point south. I love Poipu because the weather is best here. There are so many climates on this island at all times, and it's my favorite! If you stay north, near Hanalei Bay and Princeville, you will be subject to more rain but also more of a lush landscape. FYI, it can be pricier near Princeville. Poipu is a bit rockier but drier. There will be some driving involved to get to our meeting points, but most of them will err closer to Poipu. If you can find something on the southern shore, that's your best bet. Airbnbs and VRBOs can be hit or miss in Kauai. It's island living ā research carefully because pictures can be deceiving (aka one of my stays with bugs and small animals, crappy AC, and one of the "bedrooms" being the screened-in porchš). I find that, when you stay at a resort on Kauai, there is less chicken and rooster interference as well. There are wild chickens and roosters all over the island āthey're fabulous and my best friends ā but they tend to be louder when you stay in a residential community.
Food
I always choose lodging with a kitchen because I mostly cook for myself on the island. It's healthier, cheaper, and Hawaii is not exactly known for its cuisineš. That being said, there are a multitude of restaurants you can look up and try, many in Koloa that are pretty good. I'm just a food snob, so don't take my word for it! If you decide to get groceries on the island, keep in mind that there isn't as wide a selection as you may find on the mainland. I have a favorite natural food store that I go to several times while I'm there. Plus, the Koloa fruit stand for smoothies will have to be a little field trip (with awesome fresh veggies), and Kauai Juice Co for amazing treats and healthy snacks!
Weather
It should be in the upper 70s to mid 80s during October, and you always want to account for the constant breeze (and sometimes high winds at the shoreline) while on Kauai. We will offer suggestions for packing as we get closer.
