As we close out 2025, take time for self-enrichment. This means taking whatever you are doing to nourish yourself now and deepening or extending it.

If you’re meditating, sit longer or stretch your edges into something a little “harder”. If you’re exercising, amplify and refine what you’re already doing rather than adding more weight, reps, or muscle groups. Strengthen more of what IS (by holding longer or slowing it down). If you’re focused on nourishment, SAVOR. Enhance the absorption of your intentional intake.

Pouring into self-enrichment also means turning toward the things in your life that feel a little off or agitating and, without necessarily changing them, inviting them closer to you so you welcome the invitation into MORE OF YOU.

This most often arises in the context of relationships or a career. Can you lean in where you frequently shrink, avoid, or dismiss? Meet any dissonance head-on. It is always fuel for your rising; choose intentional presence with others, & you will see yourself in others and others in yourself.

The universe wants more of you in 2026. Spirit wants you brighter and bolder, all while you’re riding the energy waves like a 70s stoner holding up a peace sign✌️.

Change is INEVITABLE, my friend. 2025 was a crash course in wiggling around in the cocoon, feeling like your arms and legs couldn’t fully bust out. Yet, the stretching occurred. The evolution was freaking beautiful, but the full-ass rising didn’t feel entirely complete.

YOU KNOW THERE’S MORE, AND YOU’RE RIGHT THERE. (Cue the angels triumphantly singing!)
