Welcome back to another episode of the Akash of Musings Podcast. This is the second episode in the See Through the 5d series. Today, I want to connect to the Akash around tiredness, and I want to connect to it in two ways: one, the part of me that feels tired when I feel tired, and then the frequency of tiredness itself. So let's start with the part of me that feels tired. The first thing that arrives as soon as I connect with this part of me that feels tired is a story, and it's a story based in fear, because my nervous system and my subconscious mind are afraid that when I am tired it's not temporary, it's something that's going to last a while, and this is very obviously related to when I was sick after sepsis, and I had chronic illness for seven years, so to me tired feels like a threat to my nervous system and my subconscious mind, so when you connect to the part of you that feels tired, where does it resist just acknowledging it and resting? Because that's the invitation right now. When I connect to that part of me, it wants me to be directive with it, it wants me to remind it that this is a new story, that tiredness is a temporary sensation, and that I get to honor that in the moment, and just acknowledge it. It doesn't have to mean anything. Sometimes I don't even have to sit down and rest. I'm acknowledging that it exists. That's it. I'm allowing it to be present. Whatever unfolds from there is whatever unfolds from there. So, that's what takes me to this next part, which is connecting to the frequency of tiredness. So, if this part of me that feels tired desires to rest, I can keep it simple and just rest for a little bit, for a lot of it, not really get into my head or my nervous system or even higher consciousness about any of it, and it'll just just gonna move. It can be that simple, tiredness that persists despite rest or tiredness that persists because that resistance that's coming from that part of me just feels so strong and is not able to be redirected, or I can feel kind of the heaviness of that energy, like it's so clear to me when I connect to the frequency of that in the Akashic Records, that this tiredness is communicating my soul and energy fields desire for deep immersion, deep immersion in my essence, because if you think about it, when you go into a really deep meditation or a trance-like state, and you come out of that trance-like state, no matter how long you've been in there, you feel like you've been more deeply rested than ever before, other than possibly anesthesia. Sometimes it feels that way. This is why I call channeling in my anesthetic, honestly, because it feels the same freaking way sometimes, without the grogginess or the side effects. Anyway, in fact, the side effects are energy and clarity. I digress. When we allow ourselves to really immerse in our essence and receive ourselves in presence without any distractions, it doesn't matter how long you're there, it matters that you enter intentionally the depths of your own energy, your own frequency, and this frequency involves your body, this frequency involves your energy fields, it involves your higher self, it involves your soul, it involves spirit itself, it involves all of the guides and ascended masters and loved ones and angels that are also here with you, so rest is a communion. Rest is a communion with all aspects of self, and the tiredness is an invitation to commune, and I love this so much, because we get to witness tiredness as an opportunity for receipt, not just from ourselves, like on a conscious level, giving ourselves permission to rest and just rest the body, but let's allow ourselves to be invited into this really rich, sacred, delicious communion, because I'll tell you, there's nothing more nourishing than that. There's nothing more restorative than that, and when you do that, that's really going to highlight for you whether your body actually needs a long period of rest, maybe a day off, or maybe an opportunity to. To take a break from any preoccupation in your mind or tasks that you feel are looming that you need to get to, so take a nice deep breath with me and just tune into where tiredness may exist within your body, and once you feel into this, and you connect to its texture, you can also identify. All right, is this just it? Is it? Is where it is. I'm just witnessing it. I notice it. That's it. Is it? Hey, this is a part of me that desires to connect, to converse, to be attended to, or is this an invitation into communion, and that to me is a sensation. I know that I'm being invited to commune when I feel this like really overarching tiredness through my whole body, or I just feel again a little bit of that heaviness, like, uh, right, or if it's persistent, and identify which one feels relevant at this time, and it's something that you can kind of touch base with as you go along, but I think that we can get into our heads about identifying, okay, do I need to rest or is this something that I need to push through, and especially for people who have a history of chronic illness like I have, this can be a tough line to walk and to navigate and figure out, not that you're meant to figure it out, but you know what I'm saying, because it can be, well, I don't want to push myself and use too many spoons, if you've heard of the spoon theory in chronic illness, that, and honestly, I think it applies to everybody. We all have a certain number of spoons that we have to use each day, and once we've spent our spoons, it's like, well, I'm out of energy, right? I honestly think that has some scarcity mindset behind it, so I'm not the biggest fan of that theory, but I also know that when you're in the midst of chronic illness, it can be a very helpful symbolic way to visualize your energy and to hold yourself accountable for not overdoing it, so that you honor the rest that you need. We can also coddle ourselves too much, though we can coddle ourselves with giving ourselves too much rest, and so this formula that comes forward around tiredness from the Akash allows us to bypass the mind's confused decision making or delayed decision making as to do I rest or do I push, because we're going to know, and we are going to be informed by our energy and by our soul when we connect in one of these few areas that came up in this podcast episode today. So let me know what's alive for you right now around this. Thank you so much for receiving it, and I will see you next time on see through the 5d
