Welcome back to the Akashic Musings podcast. Today we are going to start our series on “see through the 5d” So this is all about topics or concepts that are brought forward by the Akashic Records' higher consciousness or spirit directly that we are really meant to be seeing from a higher perspective in the d. It means that there's aspects of this plane that we are focusing on, or lenses that we are seeing through, that are just narrowing our vision, narrowing our experience, constricting us, keeping us smaller, and the universe wants us to grow with it. So, it's inviting us forward through this series, and I encourage you to share what comes forward for you as you listen. In today, we're going to be talking about attention, and what comes forward around attention is that it's not bad to want attention. Take a moment and really come into presence with how comfortable it is for you to admit that you appreciate receiving attention, you appreciate recognition. This is something that a lot of people shy away from, and we're going to talk about the different sides of this that spirit has brought forward to expand our awareness around and to really expand your self awareness around if you are somebody who says I don't need attention, I don't want attention, I truly do not desire it from anyone. I want you to ask yourself, am I trying to perform humility? Am I so accustomed to a life or a claim of independence that I am not opening myself to the receipt of others. Am I avoiding being seen? Am I scared to be seen? And there's often shame and insecurity behind this one that can be masked with hiding behaviors like constantly making jokes, even keeping things superficial in conversation, keeping yourself busy when people are over, staying on the outskirts, or not contributing to conversation, or simply shutting down and calling yourself an introvert. Introversion can often be an excuse or a distraction from being intentional and taking initiative to connect with the inevitable soul family that exists for you on this plane. After you've taken a moment to just receive these questions, tune into whether or not they feel relevant for you to be in presence with right now. I want you to receive what's coming through the 5d around attention, because the message really is we are human beings and attention is inherent in our assignment and our choice to be here on this plane at this time. If I ask you, if you received no attention at all from the people closest to you, whether that's your parents, your siblings, your closest friends, your partner, your children, your animals. If you received absolutely no attention from them, how would that feel? No attention if that doesn't bother you at all in the slightest, and you get zero reaction from your nervous system. I'm going to invite you to sit down and have a conversation with me through this episode right now, because you are meant to take a good hard look at the soul contracts that your soul has chosen for your experience in this lifetime. You are meant to co-regulate with other beings on this plane, which means you are meant to be in reliance on them, not to determine your identity, but to encourage this pathway to unfold in a way that offers you more awareness of yourself and humanity at large. This is why we're here. When we talk about attention in the 5d any concept that exists in the 5d that we understand here on this plane exists as frequency, as vibration in higher consciousness, so the equivalent of what we call attention here in the d is resonance in the 5d and resonance means we are magnetically attracting energy to energy. You are in resonance with another being. Now, this resonance might not always feel good. Sometimes, when we come into resonance, it can feel like dissonance, but regardless, if there is a frequency and energy, something here in our fields that is offering attention to us, that we are also offering attention to, that attention could be in the form of focus, that attention can be in the form of love, but if we are in exchange. Change with another being or experience on this plane. We are coming into a certain level of energetic resonance. We are in focused exchange, and we are meant to be. So, if you do not desire any attention at all, you're saying, I want no focus on me. I want no focused exchange within my field, so you're pushing away the intention of spirit creating your lifetime on this planet by saying no, I do not want to co-regulate. You are pushing away resonance, so what is it that you're being called to do if you find that this is how you're operating, you're being called to receive. When we understand this residence in the 5d as attention in the d, and you're struggling with this concept, I want you to shift your recognition of, huh, I don't desire attention into, okay, now I'm going to intentionally receive, I'm going to intentionally receive from spirit, from higher consciousness. I'm going to intentionally receive from other people that are in my field, from the experience that spirit places into my life, to recognize that this is here to enhance my resonance. I recognize that anytime that spirit is focused in exchange with me by offering me an experience or a relationship, I am being invited into greater, wider, expanded resonance. I am being invited to fine tune my frequency to match the resonance of where spirit is currently calling me. You want to talk about humility, you don't have to perform. You're going to embody even further humility as you receive this invitation. You want to talk about, oh, have I claimed so much independence that I'm not as open to the receipt of others, you're opening yourself here to be guided where you are meant to go, instead of making a choice, usually a stubborn, bullheaded choice, or a choice based on previous nervous system experiences that have left you feeling like you can't be reliant on anyone but yourself, you're being invited into this now, because it's time to take the pressure off. It's time to let somebody lighten your load, whether that's God, whether that's somebody in your life, whether that's yourself, lighten your load. It's wild and counterintuitive to think about the fact that allowing more attention lightens your load to allow focused exchange with others and with spirit. Your load is lighter, you see more clearly the purpose of the things that are happening in your life. You see more clearly why that dissonance that comes up within you is so not relevant or necessary at all, because when you are receiving attention, you are also allowing yourself to give more attention to you and to your life experience and the opportunities that spirit is offering you, and literally putting on a platter right in front of your nose. So, ask yourself, does receiving attention and allowing yourself to be in focused exchange on this plane trump the struggle that you've clearly committed to? Because spirit is clearly showing us that receiving attention and admitting your desire for it opens up opportunities and lightens up your life experience. Also, recognize that when you hide from attention or rebuke attention as something that you need or desire, you're also rebuking opportunity. You're also choosing to remain within the comfort zone or limited vision that your mind has conjured for your next steps in life. Do you desire to open your life experience further? Do you desire to open it exponentially? Do you desire to open it faster, so that you can enjoy the pleasures and the sensation of this plane even further, the attention that your nervous system or your subconscious mind is afraid of, or hiding from, or rebuking for one reason or another, is so temporary. Let yourself get uncomfortable, expose yourself, expose yourself to risk and welcome the enormity of opportunities that are so eager to be received by you, and I'm not talking about lavish experiences like going into a yacht for 21 days with all these highfalutin humans on the Amalfi Coast, like that's not what I'm. Talking about, I'm talking about opportunities that can make your life feel wildly luxurious, even if you want to live the quiet life, even if you want to be somebody who's just home with the coziest humans and the people closest to you. Like that, intimacy can expand, explode your richness of life experience can be so much deeper, so much more nourishing, so much more wonderful than you can comprehend. Why wouldn't you want that? I'm telling you right now, every single person on this planet desires closer relationship with someone or something, and even if you have that and you're saying, well, you know, I'm good, like my life is comfortable, I don't really care about being seen, like it really doesn't matter to me one way or the other, like I'm so content, I'm going to tell you bullshit, start to intentionally care, start to intentionally care about being seen, even if it's being seen more by those people closest to you, even if it's being seen more by yourself, and this doesn't mean you have to chase this, it doesn't mean that you have to, you know, set up a ladder of self improvement that you're always climbing, it's allowing yourself to open more to seeing more of what's being offered to you by saying I want attention, I desire to be seen for who I am, for what I say, for what I do. This doesn't mean that you need to be receiving recognition all the time, and this becomes something that you are reliant upon as your self-definition. It means I want to be seen, not to fulfill myself, because I'm already fulfilled. I want to be seen, because this expands the universe, it expands opportunity, it expands exchange, it expands other people's receipt. Think about this for a second. If you have any pets, or if you've ever engaged with an animal, even seen them at the zoo, I'm sure every single person listening has experienced that. If you haven't imagined a small infant, but I'm going to go with the animal example here for a second. So, you're walking through the room, and a cat runs into the room full speed, lays down in front of you on its back, and just exposes its belly, looking you straight in the eyes, like, "Pet me. So, what do you do? You rub the cat's belly. If you're an animal person, this animal is saying, "I want attention. I am going to scamper in front of you and make sure you damn well see me. And why do I want this attention? Like, why does the cat want the attention? The cat wants the attention because it feels good, because it's love. And what happens when that cat receives love? It gives you love back. So, what happens if your admittance and request for attention is your devotion to the exchange of love. There is absolutely no shame in animals for looking for and asking for and receiving shitloads of attention, like there's no qualms. There's no shame. It's like, yeah, that's what I'm here for, dude. Let's love each other, let's snuggle, let's play, let's cuddle. Can we keep it that simple, please? Instead of complicating these concepts so much with our minds and nervous systems, and recognize that being able to admit that you want attention is simply your act of devotion to the exchange of love on this plane, because as you receive, you trust and know that you give, because you know that as you receive attention, you are filling yourself so much, and you are such a service-based human that that overflow is going to be a ripple effect that gives and gives and gives and gives on end. Can you trust your receipt of attention, because you deeply trust your vessel, you deeply trust your service, you deeply trust your giving. So, you can see this is a lot deeper than just, oh, this opens me to more opportunities. Yes, that is one layer of it, but it's actually much deeper than that. It's actually a deep service to humanity that we need to receive the invitation for, so please take this podcast episode seriously, and come into a very honest and genuine reflection with yourself around where do I say that I don't need attention, that I don't want it, that I'm like, I don't really care, bullshit, you don't care. You decided to be on this plane, of course you care. Make yourself care for the good of all of us, please. So, thank you so much for receiving this episode. I'll let you know, but being seen has a little bit of a different flavor than attention, and that often comes up with a lot of, you know, self-expression and self-trust, and anchoring into your truth, and receiving that truth from spirit.
