Welcome To Soul Medicine!

I am so excited for you to get started. Please read this opening message to set the foundation for what you receive during this process.

Before you begin, I encourage you to take a moment to connect with your soul. Receive the feeling you’d like to embody by the end of this experience together.

Energy follows intention, so allow the energy to move as you share what you desire from this space. Know it is done once you claim it. The energy will rise to meet you in your decisive conviction. 

Carve out space (around 30m) to be in this energy daily. You want accountability to attune to this energy, and the frequency of this connection will ingrain higher consciousness into your embodiment. 

These transmissions are deeply sacred and playful - the universe is delivering this energy very sincerely and intentionally, and we get to play with it. We don’t have to take ourselves too seriously as we receive it.

Anything that comes forward as you receive these transmissions, allow to BE. They may activate you in a way that gets you riled up, mobilizes momentum, soothes you to your core, or calls the mind forward, questioning belief systems you may have held or thought you understood. 

I honor you for being here and raising your hand to receive whatever your soul desires to place on your heart, and the energy that desires to be moved and shifted within you, at this time. 

These transmissions are something you can return to over and over again, and you will receive something different every time you do - you’re always evolving, as energy is always moving and your expansion is an ever-unfolding process.

As a result, I invite you to not focus on the conscious content coming through but instead the energy and frequency being transmitted (through sensation, relaxation, and just floating). Being in a meditative space will be your best bet, with minimal distractions. 

However, you can listen to these audios multiple times, so if you’re eager to listen but don’t have fully present space at the time, come back so you can sink into the rest of your soul. 

Allow the energy to deeply infuse you with your soul’s medicine. As you do this, you will receive more out of this experience. 

Be fully seen in what comes forward as well. I encourage you to jot down any insights, sensations, or questions that arise as, or after, you listen. This gives your integration a space to live in 3D space, and allows you to witness yourself and your own process. It also invites you to be fully vulnerable in the presence of the divine, to open all of you. 

We are all here to expand into more of ourselves, to cultivate and refine more of who we are and who we’re meant to be as our souls is inviting us. You don’t have to have a deep philosophical response to any of this - just allow yourself to be in reflection, even if you’re jotting down a sensation in the body, a smell, or a random awareness that came to mind. 

Integrate this in your own time and at your own pace, but don’t give yourself too much time and space! Sometimes we can give ourselves too much space when our souls are magnetizing us toward momentum, and we shy away and hide a bit. This is why I welcome you to share insights with a trusted loved one or member of your soul family. Discussing this energy in relationship with another gives it life and refines it into a more “realistic” possibility.

DAY 1:

We begin with the channeled energy of Mother Earth. Get into a comfortable space to receive. I recommend leaving at least 10m afterward to integrate the energy.

Before you get too excited to dive in over and over again, give yourself space to integrate the energy you receive through these channeled messages. Once you feel settled and clear, go for it!

DAY 2:

Today, I am channeling Unity Consciousness through The Akashic Records. They are bringing this forward to invite you into the sacred frequency of community. You are meant to know that we are all one, that everything that arises within us individually is also arising in another, in many others.

You are never alone in what is unfolding within and around you. You are divinely supported and seen by so many. Breathe into the light within your center and allow more of you to release through your exhale as you receive this transmission.

DAY 3:

There’s been a deep invitation into our lineage, to connect with and receive from those who came before us, in the human, animal, and soul kingdoms alike. We have not arrived to where we are in isolation.

There are cords of energy, DNA, narratives, and patterns that have been with us for lifetimes. All of that is encoded within our bodies and auric fields. 

The intention today is to connect with this energy and witness its invitation into the fertile soil from which you came and the fertile soil currently being cultivated within you. You are meant to extend nourishment and consciousness into the next generation.

I have quite the setup going on for this one - a dark room, candle, and some fairy lights with a selenite lamp. Let yourself receive this warm glow, or create it in your own environment, as you receive this transmission.

Please Note: This is a channeling of ancestral energy, without conscious connection of specific ancestors. This experience bypasses the mind and invites you to separate from your conscious memory of your lineage. The attunement is deeper this way. As always, the energetic transmission, the sensation/emotion/energy you feel is more important than understanding.

I feel FORTIFIED after that one. Oddly, I keep feeling this invitation to “drink the blood” of my ancestors, kind of like taking communion in reverence of Jesus Christ. Intriguing…just being with this energy. It feels like they desire to be digested more deeply into my physical form, like they want more. I felt like I could have recorded another 20 minutes on this one but I wanted to keep it accessible. Feel free to stay with this energy as long as you desire to feel its completion.

This one really sharpens discernment.

The Mantra that came forward from this transmission: I am a pioneer. I restore the soul of my lineage and revitalize the vision.

DAY 4:

Feel the peacefulness of your beauty in the reflective energy of your Higher Self. Become purity. Surrender fully and allow yourself to be led. You have chosen to become purity. 

This one includes a soothing infusion for the nervous system, along with a divine directive to rewire old patterns - the Higher Self implants a new way.

The Mantra for this one: I am fully divine. I embody purity. I am pure.

DAY 5:

Today we are channeling the physical body. This one is different from what you’ve been receiving and involves some movement, ASMR, sensation, and elemental energies.

Be present with the dissonance that arises with the different frequencies presented in this transmission. Feel into the energy of the body as it receives this holistic attunement. There’s some shamanic codes ingrained in this one as well, connecting the shamanic, earthly, and Akashic realms.

Enjoy the awakening of your body’s consciousness! Receive its divine intelligence.

The Mantra: I am alive. I am enlivened. I open and come alive.

DAY 6:

Today we call forward and integrate the energy of our past lives. This is not a past life regression, just like the ancestral transmission wasn’t an ancestral “healing” or timeline exercise. There is deeper and profound healing in what you’re receiving here because it is entirely energetic in nature. It keeps you out of the mind and able to receive communication in the way we are meant with previous versions of ourselves.

Receive all of you. We move from the root to the heart space to the third eye, offering a powerful alignment and clarity for moving forward. Feel into this potency of this transmission. It’s incredible. I feel empowered, proud, and full. 

The Mantra: I have become. I am fully complete. I am ready.

DAY 7:

Atlantis is an ancient civilization that still does not have “enough” tangible, physical evidence for it to be claimed as “real”. Regardless of this claim, there is a very clear energy being transmitted through the concept of Atlantis.

The actuality of its existence is not important. We receive similar codes from Lemuria, and this energy has been channeled and consistent for ages. There is a more structured and “realistic” vibe to Atlantis which is why The Akash has chosen to bring this into embodiment in Soul Medicine.

Feel into the codes of this frequency, detaching from the conscious understanding of Atlantis itself. There is much to learn and receive from this texture of divine intelligence. The vibes of this one are: humble, surrendered, intentional, and Creator energy.

The Mantra: I am bliss. I have no edges. I am the Light. I extend the Light.

DAY 8:

We aren’t meant to put the mind in a box, and funnel it into the ways of the world. The mind is a brilliant co-creator if we take responsibility for bringing it into presence with our light/core knowing.

This exercise is incredible. I am so grateful for this channeling. It feels so settling and clear, and it separates the mind activity from the nervous system activations that can distort the mind’s true intention.

Receive this transmission as a sacred gift for you, the mind, and the collective. You’ll see why when you listen. I think it’s my favorite out of all these so far (or maybe I just needed it lol).

The Mantra: I create space for passion, and call the mind back to its purity as I animate my knowing.

Lyrics for the Opening Mantra to Quiet the Mind:

Meaning:

I am immortal. I am blissful.

I am eternal presence. I am pure and free.

Pure. Free. Forever. 

Lyrics for the closing Mantra that opens us to receiving the most divine of energies:

Loka Bhi Ramam Sri Ramam Bhuyo Bhuyo Namam-yaham

This final mantra chanting comes in louder than the faded music (at the 27m16s mark) so FYI - the intention is to bring you back into an opening and receptivity, inviting the mind to sharpen focus on its pure intention as it receives 3D stimulation. Bring these into balance as you receive the chanting.
