DIGITAL PROGRAMS & ONLINE EVENTS TERMS
Return Policy
All digital programs, online events, group or individual sessions, workshops, and courses must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of participation, access issues, or personal circumstances. If the offering includes a live component and you cannot attend, you will receive access to any provided recordings (if available) as a courtesy. No refunds or credits will be given for missed sessions.
Terms of Service
Participants must be 18 years of age or older. All guidance, readings, or insights are for personal development purposes and are not a substitute for psychological, legal, medical, or other professional advice. No results are guaranteed. You agree to release and hold harmless Laura Mazzotta and Emerge Healing & Wellness, Inc. from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation. You assume full responsibility for your own choices, actions, and results.
Intellectual Property
All program content—including written materials, audio/video recordings, handouts, meditations, exercises, and any other resources—is the sole intellectual property of Laura Mazzotta and Emerge Healing & Wellness, Inc. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, sell, publish, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action.
Privacy
All personal information is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or for safety concerns. By participating in a live event, you consent to being recorded. Recordings may be used for future educational or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.
Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals for any reason. Any such action constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action.
