Zoom Call One: Creating Space

Spiritual momentum begins with space.

In this session, you will:

  • Reframe stagnation as gestation

  • Release internal pressure

  • Experience sacred rest and embodied presence

  • Learn to trust that movement is already happening

  • Welcome the fill & elixir of Source

Momentum feels quiet until you recognize, receive, and integrate the power that arrives within it. The key here is to STAY. Stay with yourself. Sharpen your lens and polish your discernment; this will happen naturally as you STAY (without constantly wiggling).

The juice: this is the threshold before the frequency and mindset of inevitability anchor in! You're going to have a few days to STAY and observe before our second Zoom call. This is intentional to experience and embody the full cycle of energetic momentum, as it organically develops in your field. There is ongoing Telegram support throughout the week as things arise in this process.



Zoom Call Two: Anchored Consistency

After integration, you're open to the clarity that's signaling you within your field.

In this session, we explore:

  • Stop-start energy patterns

  • Nervous system responses to growth

  • Where contraction shows up in the body

  • Conditioning that blocks momentum

  • How to sustain "alignment"

You’ll learn the three ways momentum arrives:

Sensation – The body’s intelligence
